Advanced Cardiac Specialist's scheduling department is staffed with caring and knowledgeable personnel who will help you make an appointment. +They will ask you pertinent questions about your health, may request insurance information, and will inform you about the services that are offered at our practice, all in an effort to best accommodate your health care needs.

Appointments are important to both the patient and the health care provider.

Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance.

Appointments that have not been cancelled are considered a "no show".  All "no show" appointments will be charged a $25.00 fee.
