Prescription refills: Please allow ample time for your prescription refill. Refills may take up to 24 to 48 business hours to process. If you require a mail order script please call at least 2 weeks in advance, to ensure delivery without any lapse in your treatment.
Routinely, we do not refill prescriptions for patients if they have not been seen in the office over the past year. If you have not been seen, please make and appointment and we will refill your medications for a month at a time.
Our on-call physician will not approve controlled medications after hours or on the weekends, so please call ahead of time and allow sufficient time to fill these medications. Frequently you will be asked to come to the clinic to have these medications prescribed.
Please be sure to have an up-to-date information regarding your personal pharmacy. Your pharmacy may contact our offices directly via fax or phone to request refills. If necessary you may also contact our pharmacy line by calling the main office number 480-892-2800 or the pharmacy line to leave a messgae for the pharmacy staff.
